The Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Clinical Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for licensed clinical professionals—think RNs, APPs (NP/PA), perioperative staff, allied health, and anesthesia providers—and to collaborate closely with clients on hard-to-fill searches. You’ll build pipelines, manage offers through start, and help ensure compliance and credentialing readiness so clinicians are equipped to begin on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview prep, offer/close, and start coordination.
  • Run expert intakes with hiring leaders to clarify must-haves, success metrics, pay bands, and timelines.
  • Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, licensing registries, referrals, professional associations, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Assess clinical fit (skills, credentials, specialty experience, shift preferences, travel/locum vs. perm), and communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Shepherd compliance: partner with our compliance/ops team on background checks, drug screens, immunizations, health/fit-for-duty, and credentialing/CAQH data collection; track expirable (licenses, BLS/ACLS, immunizations).
  • Coordinate facility readiness: liaise with client contacts on onboarding packets, orientation dates, EMR training, badging, and site access.
  • Own candidate experience: timely updates, interview coaching, compensation/relocation/bonus discussions, counter-offer management.
  • Client partnership: provide weekly status updates, market intel, compensation guidance, and slate quality insights; help shape workforce plans and start dates.
  • VMS/portal workflows (nice to have): submit candidates in Beeline/Fieldglass/IQNavigator with complete documentation and rate alignment.
  • Data & quality: maintain clean, compliant ATS records; track submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and reasons for loss; recommend process improvements.

What You’ve Done (Requirements)

  • 3–5+ years of clinical healthcare recruiting (agency or in-house) with consistent production—perm, contract, or locums.
  • Demonstrated success filling roles such as RNs, surgical services, anesthesia, advanced practice, and allied health across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.
  • Strong grasp of licensure/credentialing (e.g., state boards, compact states, DEA, NPI, BLS/ACLS/PALS), and familiarity with JCAHO/CMS-aligned onboarding.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM (Bullhorn preferred) and productivity in LinkedIn Recruiter; comfort with MS 365/SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills; professional judgment handling PHI/sensitive info.
  • Organized, metric-minded, and proactive; able to manage 20–30 open reqs/pipelines without dropping the ball.
  • U.S. work authorization. Must maintain reliable, secure internet and follow our data-security policies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator) and client scorecard expectations.
  • Knowledge of ASC workflows and perioperative staffing (pre-op, intra-op, PACU).
  • Exposure to rate modeling (bill/pay spreads), markup strategies, and local market comp.
  • Familiarity with CAQH profile management and payer enrollment steps.
  • Community building: running talent communities, recurring virtual info sessions, or referral programs.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL (preferred) or fully remote within the U.S.
  • Core collaboration hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET with flexibility for candidate/client schedules.
  • Occasional travel for client visits, hiring events, or conferences (≤10%).
