Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Cowford Consulting's leadership to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records using MS365 tools.
• Provide insights and feedback on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or agency setting.

• Familiarity with recruiting across multiple industries, particularly Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Logistics, and Government.
• Strong understanding of various job roles and requirements in both administrative and IT sectors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and MS365 tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
