We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Warehousing Sales to lead and grow our warehousing and logistics sales efforts across California. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is comfortable managing existing client relationships, and is passionate about hunting and closing new business.

In This Role, You’ll:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a designated book of business focused on warehousing and distribution clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and distribution-centric companies
  • Serve as a consultative partner to clients, understanding their warehousing needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations to key decision-makers
  • Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking pipeline, client communications, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding
  • Demonstrated success in both account management and new business development
  • Existing experience selling into freight forwarders, 3PLs, or distribution-focused organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to executive-level clients
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined with a hunter mentality
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure and driven to exceed goals
