Are you a licensed Journeyman Electrician with leadership experience and a passion for seeing projects through from start to finish? We’re looking for a skilled professional who can manage electrical projects and crews while staying hands-on with installations, repairs, and upgrades.
In This Role, You’ll:
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of electrical jobs
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, permitting, and inspections
- Perform installations and service in line with NEC and safety codes
- Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices
- Track project milestones, costs, and communicate progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida Journeyman License
- 5+ years of experience, with leadership/project management exposure
- Extensive experience with high net worth clients.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, drawings, and best practices
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Points For:
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Experience with estimating or job bidding
- Familiarity with permitting and inspections
- Commercial or multi-family experience
Compensation:
