Are you a logistics-minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves optimizing operations? We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Scheduler to join our warehouse & fulfillment team and help drive daily execution through smart planning and cross-functional coordination.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify daily resource needs
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and production schedules
- Plan workflow and publish schedules to keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate across teams to resolve order issues and meet delivery deadlines
- Support leadership with insights, reporting, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse operations and/or scheduling
- Knowledge of WMS & Microsoft Office tools (Power BI is a plus!)
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support operational goals
Compensation:
